Adam Steen is the Business Development Manager at Liberty National Bank in Johnston, IA and is owner of 25 Connections, a niche consulting practice within the State of Iowa. His consulting work has accelerated the growth of hundreds of businesses in a wide range of industries. Most recently, Adam was integral in forming a business that has been recognized as the most innovative hunting product company the outdoor industry has seen in years. His efforts on this project have helped an entrepreneur realize a dream and take an invention from their garage to the shelves of retail stores all across the country. In mid-2015, Adam sold his ownership in the outdoor company and joined Liberty National Bank.
He is also a professional speaker and believes that relationships are the key to growth within any youth group, any business, or any non-profit organization. Adam believes that every person has been made with specific gifts and talents which, if used properly, could truly make an extraordinary impact across the globe.
Prior to business ownership, Adam was a standout baseball player at Minnesota State University, Mankato and was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies as a pitcher. He had the chance to pitch in front of thousands of spectators across the United States. His favorite memory was pitching in Staten Island the first summer after 9/11/01 against the minor league affiliate of the New York Yankees. He stood on the mound, listening to God Bless America, and stared at the Statue of Liberty. He thanks God for opportunities like that.
In his spare time, Adam has become a credentialed minister in the Assemblies of God and works tirelessly to spread a Biblical message of hope throughout the country. He and his wife Kasey welcomed their first child Ryker, into the world on July 4th, 2015.
